Who We Are

The Human Literacy Institute, a DBA of YOUniversal LUV Unlimited, provides educational and developmental programs including Integration Spaces. Contact: info@humanliteracyinstitute.com.

What Integration Spaces Are

An Integration Space is a 21 day community of practice. Members use the YOU Model as a framework and the R.E.A.D. Method as a protocol to observe their own patterns and run structured self study. Enrollment includes daily content, a daily check in, one live 60 minute session each week, access to the member web application, and a personal report at the close of the cohort.

What Integration Spaces Are Not

Integration Spaces are educational, not clinical. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis support, and they are not a substitute for treatment by a qualified professional. Nothing provided constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services. We may refer material outside the scope of this work to appropriate professionals.

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is per cohort. Payment is processed by Stripe and is due in full at the time of enrollment. Your seat is confirmed when payment clears. Seats are limited and are allocated in the order payment is received.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within seven days of the cohort start date by emailing info@humanliteracyinstitute.com. After day seven of a cohort, fees are non refundable, because the material and the community access have already been delivered.

Text Message Communications

If you opt in to text messages during enrollment, you will receive messages related to your enrollment and your daily practice. Message frequency varies and is approximately one message per day during an active 21 day cohort. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you may participate fully without opting in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Content and Your Data

What you write in your check ins and in conversations with the member application belongs to you. We use it to generate your personal report and, in aggregate and de identified form, to improve the program. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for detail on collection, retention, and deletion.

Our Content

The YOU Model, the R.E.A.D. Method, and all curriculum, video, written material, and application content are the intellectual property of the Human Literacy Institute. You may use them for your own personal practice. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or teach them commercially without written permission.

Community Conduct

Integration Spaces depend on trust. What members share stays within the cohort. Do not share, screenshot, or repost another member's disclosures. We may remove any member who breaches confidentiality, harasses others, or disrupts the space, without refund.

Availability

We aim to keep the member application available throughout your cohort. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by third party services, carriers, or events outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Human Literacy Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the cohort in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
